Position Overview
The Culture & Team Manager is responsible for strengthening the heartbeat of Loose Leaf Tea Market, our people. This role ensures that every team member feels seen, supported, and connected to the company’s values and mission.
This position focuses on team morale, engagement, communication, and culture development. The Culture & Team Manager plays a key role in creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work, feel appreciated, and are motivated to grow.
