About the Role
Loose Leaf Tea Market is on a mission to keep our brand top of mind, authentically engage existing customers, attract our ideal customers, and turn warm audiences into loyal buyers. As Content Creator Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts across email, social media, SEO, and paid advertising. Your role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring our brand’s message is consistent, engaging, and drives real results.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Develop & Manage Content Calendars

Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar covering Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.

Plan and execute a monthly email marketing calendar to keep customers engaged.

Ensure content aligns with annual promotions, product launches, and brand objectives.

Content Creation & Social Media
-
Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content (Reels, Stories, Carousels).
-
Create graphics for social media and emails using tools like Canva or Photoshop.

Engage daily with our community, responding to DMs and comments.

Paid Ad Content Creation
-
Develop compelling video and image ads to support paid advertising campaigns.

Collaborate with the Ads Manager to test and optimize ad creatives.

Performance Tracking & Analytics
-
Monitor weekly analytics for social media, email campaigns, and website performance.

Adjust content strategies based on data insights.

Brand & Community Management
-
Maintain the Loose Leaf brand voice, style, and values across all content.

Ensure all messaging is compliant with health claims regulations.

Organization & Efficiency
-
Keep Dropbox content organized for easy access by the team.

Ensure all social media posts and emails are properly scheduled in Metricool.

2+ years experience in digital marketing & social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).

Strong video creation & editing skills (comfortable being on camera).

Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe, Photoshop, or similar).

SEO & keyword research skills (understanding of content optimization).

Copywriting & email marketing experience (Omnisend, Klaviyo, or similar).

Familiarity with content scheduling platforms (Metricool, Later, Buffer).
